When you entrust us to sell your property, we proceed with its  enhancement. This step involves a study of your property and the most appropriate way to present it. You will also receive advice on how to prepare your property before the professional photos are taken. In order to attract your future buyers, a presentation text is produced by our team. Plans, technical data and other information are also provided.

3. Distribution of your ad

After gathering all the necessary documents, we publish your ad on the main platforms available in Switzerland. Over 96% of real estate transactions originate from a search on a platform such as Immoscout24, anibis and immomig. Of course, the ads are also published on our own website.

4. Property viewing

We sort out the requests received beforehand, in order to introduce you, only to potential buyers who are really interested in your property. You have the choice of carrying out viewings yourself or delegating them to us. The contacts are listed in our database. The offers to buy are sent to you and we keep you updated on the progress of your file.

5. Finalising the sale

As soon as the offer to purchase is accepted, we gather all the necessary documents in order to prepare the notarial deed of sale. We are at your side throughout the process of finalising the sale and at the signing.
